Job summary

Five Below in Roseville, MN is seeking a capable store leader to oversee daily operations, inventory flow, cash handling, opening and closing routines, and outstanding customer service to keep the store running smoothly. Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, signage, and promotions following guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, supervising operations and staff.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates, improving performance.
• Drives store sales while controlling expenses through merchandising and service.
• Executes market plan with product placement and updated promotional materials.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed.
