Job summary

Five Below is recruiting for an hourly Crew Leader in Apple Valley, MN. You will ensure a WOW customer experience, supervise crew, and support daily store operations from opening to closing.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Training and onboarding of new associates are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wowing the Customer through personal contact and fast checkout experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure top service.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to keep shelves ready for customers.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling operations and staff.
• Open or close the store, securing cash and alarms for daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping.
