Job summary

Five Below in Brooklyn Center, MN is seeking an energetic Store Manager on Duty to lead daily store operations. You will oversee receiving and displays, handle opening/closing procedures, secure cash, and ensure a smooth daily workflow.

You’ll also coach associates, drive sales, and ensure inventory integrity in line with corporate guidelines. The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of management experience, and strong communication skills.

• Ensures inventory accuracy and effective display of promotions.
