Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager on Duty in Minnesota to oversee daily store operations, merchandising, and customer service. You will lead a team, train associates, and ensure all shifts run smoothly while aligning with corporate guidelines.

You will drive sales, manage inventory integrity, and execute promotional plans, maintaining a high-energy, safety-conscious shopping environment for customers and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Manages displays, signage, and seasonal updates per guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing store responsibilities including security.
• Acts as Manager on Duty for operations, staff and service.
• Oversees daily activity of store associates and training.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Executes market plan with product placement and promotions.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed.
