Five Below is seeking a dedicated store team member in Minnesota to support daily operations and guest experiences. You will assist in receiving stock, building displays, and executing store plans under leadership direction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or 2+ years of college experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively under pressure.
• Maintain composure and provide effective customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
• Manages displays, signage, and seasonal resets according to guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and store security.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, supervising staff and operations.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and products.
• Drives sales by optimizing merchandising and customer service, and controlling expenses.
• Executes the market plan and ensures promotional materials are updated.
• Ensures inventory integrity processes are followed.
