Five Below Inc. is seeking a capable leader to oversee daily store operations in Minnesota. The role includes managing stock reception, displays, opening/closing duties, and acting as Manager on Duty when needed to ensure smooth operations and high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays and seasonal updates following corporate guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing responsibilities including cash, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, with responsibility for store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and training of new staff.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and service.
• Executes market plan with product/signage alignment per corporate guidelines.
• Ensures execution of Inventory Integrity process.
