Five Below is seeking a capable retail leader to oversee daily store operations, receptions, and stock management in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise associates, ensure promotions are accurately displayed, and maintain high standards of customer service while supporting onboarding and training initiatives across the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock for efficient placement.
• Manages setup and maintenance of store displays; ensures accurate signage and promotions.
• Operates opening/closing procedures including cash security and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty; leads store operations and staff in urgent situations.
• Oversees daily activities of all store associates and customer service quality.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training to improve performance.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Executes the market plan with compliant signage and updated promotions.
