Job summary

Five Below is seeking a customer-focused leader to supervise daily store operations and drive sales. You will train associates, oversee opening and closing routines, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout for every guest.

The role emphasizes effective communication, multitasking, and staying composed under pressure in a dynamic retail environment while supporting a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task; flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Wown the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure they perform well.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, set alarms, and prepare for daily operation.
• Support onboarding and training to improve performance.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
