Job summary

Five Below is seeking a capable leader for a fast-paced retail environment in the United States. The role involves overseeing store operations, guiding associates, and ensuring a friendly customer experience at checkout.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining composure under pressure. Weekend availability and flexible scheduling are required for this hourly position.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively under pressure.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform all essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew provides fast, friendly checkout and excellent customer service.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking shelves.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and secure cash at opening/closing.
• Drive sales by optimizing merchandising and controlling expenses.
• Support onboarding and training of associates.
