Job summary

Five Below, Inc. seeks an experienced retail leader to join our Lynn store team. You will supervise daily store operations, train associates, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience for every guest. The role emphasizes customer service, merchandising, and staff development in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and coordinating with the leadership team to drive sales while controlling expenses. Flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers by providing personal contact and training crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure top customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, cash security, and alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and manage expenses through merchandising and performance.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
