Job summary

Five Below is looking for a capable leader to manage store operations and ensure excellent customer service. You will train crew, supervise merchandising, and lead opening/closing procedures while maintaining store standards and health standards.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned store to achieve customer service score goals.
• Train and supervise crew members; recruit and coach as needed.
• Oversee front end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and store cleanliness.
• Perform store manager duties in the absence of the manager.
• Coordinate with store leadership on schedules and operations.
