Responsibilities

• Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure excellent service.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to keep sales floor replenished.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff issues.
• Open/close the store and secure cash, doors, and alarms as needed.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive sales by improving merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and recovery processes.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
