Job summary

Five Below is hiring for an hourly leadership role focused on customer service and store operations. You will supervise crew, ensure fast, friendly checkout, and help with receiving and stocking to keep shelves ready for guests.

Responsibilities include acting as Manager on Duty when needed, guiding daily activities, and supporting onboarding and training of associates to boost performance and sales. Flexibility to work various shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures effective performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves organized and accessible.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and emergencies.
