Job summary

Five Below is hiring for an hourly crew role in our store. You will be responsible for ensuring a WOW customer experience at checkout, assisting with training, and managing daily store operations alongside the leadership team.

The position emphasizes flexibility to work day/evening/weekends, high-energy service, and adherence to store policies while driving sales and controlling expenses.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or retail environments is preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and provides a fast, friendly checkout experience
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance to maintain high service levels
• Manages opening/closing, cash handling, alarms, and secure daily operations
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance
• Drives sales by optimizing merchandising, staffing, and customer service
• Performs general store maintenance and ensures compliance with policies
