Job summary

Five Below is seeking an experienced store leader to oversee crew performance and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will train staff, supervise daily store activities, and assist with stock receiving to keep shelves full and organized.

The role also includes acting as Manager on Duty, handling cash, security, and daily operations while driving sales and supporting the leadership team in merchandising and store procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Creative thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are wowed by the customer through personal contact and top service.
• Oversees daily activities and ensures staff perform duties effectively and deliver excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast stocking on the floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff management, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash handling, door security, and daily setup.
