Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership associate in a fast-paced retail environment in the United States. You will help supervise crew, train staff on the best customer service practices, and ensure a friendly, efficient checkout experience for every guest.

You will oversee daily operations, assist with receiving and merchandising, and act as Manager on Duty when needed. The role emphasizes sales growth, cost control, and maintaining a WOW store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking and problem solving.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and wow customers; train crew on top service.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, organizing stock.
• Act as Manager on Duty during shifts; manage operations.
• Open/close store; manage cash, doors, alarms.
• Support onboarding and training of associates.
• Drive sales and manage costs through merchandising and staff.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and cleanliness.
