Job summary

Five Below is seeking a capable store leader to supervise crew, coach and train staff, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will work to meet service-score goals while maintaining merchandising standards and store operations.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A flexible schedule and travel may be involved as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform all essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members wow the customer through personal contact.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience and fast, friendly checkout.
• Leads store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Oversees front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Maintains front-end equipment and trains associates on services where applicable.
• Handles opening/closing, store cleanliness, and stock recovery.
• Performs store manager duties in the absence of the manager.
• Recruits, trains, coaches, and supervises crew members.
• Reviews corporate communications and responds accordingly.
• Collaborates with leadership on merchandising and recovery efforts.
• Maintains stock room and performs store maintenance.
