Five Below is seeking an experienced store leader to WOW customers and oversee daily operations. You will train and supervise associates, manage cash handling, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wow the customer through personal contact and ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure customer service excellence.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stock organization for fast floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff management, and urgent issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms for smooth daily operation.
• Assist onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with leadership for merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Maintain stock room and store cleanliness.
