Job summary

Five Below in the United States seeks a capable store leader to guide crew, deliver WOW customer service, and drive front-end operations to meet brand standards.

You will recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew, manage opening/closing, maintain store cleanliness, and partner with the store manager to achieve sales goals. The role requires 2+ years of management experience, strong communication, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew wow customers with personal contact.
• Trains crew on the best customer service experiences.
• Leads store to achieve customer service score goals.
• Oversees front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Maintains front-end equipment and trains associates on services.
• Handles opening/closing, cleanliness, and recovery.
• Performs store manager duties in their absence.
• Partners with store manager to recruit, train, coach and supervise crew.
• Coordinates merchandising and store recovery with leadership.
• Maintains stock room and performs general store upkeep.
