Job summary

Five Below seeks a customer-focused leader to oversee daily store operations and guest experience. You will train crew, supervise associates, and ensure rapid, friendly checkout while maintaining merchandising standards.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year of management experience, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings in an on-site retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers with personal service and fast checkout.
• Train crew on customer service and BEST experience.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking items.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and oversee store operations.
• Open/close store operations, cash handling, alarms, and security.
