Job summary

Five Below is hiring for a Store Leader on Duty to supervise daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead the team, ensure a high-energy, customer-first experience, and manage opening/closing duties, cash handling, and safety protocols.

You will train and onboard associates, drive sales, control expenses, and partner with the leadership team on merchandising and store standards. Flexible schedule required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and stocking to keep shelves stocked and organized.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues as needed.
