Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership role for our Washington location. The hourly position involves supervising crew, guiding customer service, and managing daily store operations to ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

The role requires high school completion, at least 1 year of management experience, and strong communication skills. You will assist with stock, onboarding, and merchandising while supporting a positive, engaging workplace.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure performance to deliver excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations and staff management.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms for a smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
