Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Must maintain composure under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Wowing customers through personal contact and friendly service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience and fast checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure accuracy of operations.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floors ready for customers.
• Act as Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations and staff management.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, and ensure daily readiness for business.
