Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wowing customers with a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking for quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors and set alarms.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new associates.
