Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew member WOW customer service via personal contact and training.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock for sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staffing.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, set alarms, and prepare for daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and cleanliness tasks.
