Job summary

Five Below, Inc. is seeking an hourly crew supervisor to deliver WOW customer service, train teammates, and manage daily store operations. The role includes opening/closing duties, cash handling, and supporting onboarding and merchandising to boost sales in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of management experience with strong communication skills. College experience is a plus; flexible weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on BEST customer service experience
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent customer service
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and stocking to ensure items are readily available on sales floor
• Acts as Manager on Duty handling store operations, staff management and urgent issues
• Manages opening/closing duties, cash handling and security
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staffing
• Partners with leadership in merchandising and World Recovery
• Performs store maintenance and cleanliness tasks
