Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a busy store.
• Creative thinking to improve store operations.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities and helps ensure top service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking shelves.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and leads staff.
• Owns opening/closing responsibilities including security.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing associate training.
• Drives sales and manages expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Performs routine store maintenance and housekeeping.
