Job summary

Five Below is seeking a capable leader to supervise store operations and drive exceptional customer service. You will oversee crew performance, assist with stock, and act as Manager on Duty to ensure smooth daily operations.

Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities are essential in this fast-paced environment. Hours are hourly with a starting pay around the stated base rate; previous retail management experience is preferred, and you will contribute to a high-energy, fun store culture

Qualifications

• Requires strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior management experience preferred (1+ year).
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers with personal contact and friendly service.
• Train crew on BEST customer service and checkout efficiency.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking new merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and issues.
• Open/close store, secure cash, and ensure readiness for daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
