Job summary

Five Below in El Paso, TX is seeking an energetic store leader to oversee daily operations, train crew, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience for every guest.

You’ll act as Manager on Duty when needed, manage opening/closing, cash handling, receiving stock, and maintain clean, well merchandised floors. You’ll drive sales by coaching staff, optimizing merchandising, and delivering outstanding customer service as part of the store leadership team.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• College experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Creative thinking
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Responsibilities

• Woo customers with excellent personal contact and service
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures service quality
• Receives, unpacks, and organizes new stock for quick placement on sales floor
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff
• Manages opening/closing, cash, alarms, and daily operations
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and service
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising procedures
• Maintains store facilities and stock room
