Job summary

Five Below is hiring for an hourly management-oriented role at our Texas location. You will guide crew members in delivering a fast, friendly checkout and exceptional customer service. You’ll oversee daily activities, assist with stock, and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.

You’ll train associates, drive store sales, and work with leadership on merchandising and operations. A high school diploma and 1+ year of management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members wow customers through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and checkout efficiency.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure performance and service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock for the floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty handling store operations and staff management.
• Opens or closes the store, secures cash, locks doors, and sets alarms.
