Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates ensuring they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty with responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Manage opening/closing processes, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operation.
