Five Below is hiring in Texas for a hourly store leadership role focused on delivering WOW customer service. You will train crew, supervise associates, and handle receiving and stocking to keep the sales floor ready for guests.

As Manager on Duty you’ll oversee opening/closing, cash handling, and safety procedures while partnering with leadership to optimize merchandising and recovery. Flexibility in day/evening shifts is required; a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of

Qualifications

• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and friendly checkout.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and performance.
• Handles receiving, unpacking, and stocking to floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty handling store operations and issues.
• Manages opening/closing, cash, alarms, and daily operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and teamwork.
• Partners with leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Performs store maintenance and safety duties.
