Job summary

Five Below in El Paso is seeking a responsive store leader to WOW customers and support daily store operations. You will supervise crew, train associates, and act as Manager on Duty, ensuring a fast, friendly checkout and accurate opening/closing procedures.

You will partner with store leadership to optimize merchandising, drive sales, manage schedules, and maintain a safe, clean sales floor. Flexibility for day/evening/weekend shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and ability to stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and trains crew on service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for quick floor placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and issues.
• Manages opening/closing processes, including cash handling and alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising, staffing, and service.
• Performs store maintenance and coordinates cross-functional tasks.
