Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leader to ensure a WOW customer experience through personal contact, supervision of associates, and daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and safety. You will train crew and coordinate with the leadership team to deliver fast, friendly service.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to multi-task, think creatively, and stay composed under pressure.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers by providing fast, friendly service at checkout.
• Trains crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance.
• Receives, unpacks, and stocks new merchandise on the floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations and issues.
• Opens and closes the store, secures cash and daily procedures.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives sales and controls expenses via merchandising and service.
