Job summary

Five Below, Inc. is seeking a capable store leader to oversee daily operations and guest experience. You will supervise crew, manage opening/closing duties, receive stock, and ensure fast, friendly checkout. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and composure under pressure.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Creative thinking and problem solving.
• Maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet and WOW customers with fast, friendly service.
• Supervise store associates and oversee daily activities.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and issues.
• Open/close store operations, secure cash, and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and training of new associates.
• Drive sales by optimizing merchandising and service quality.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness on the floor and in stock room.
