Job summary

Five Below is looking for a capable leader to ensure WOW customer service and oversee daily store operations. You will train associates, manage opening/closing, and contribute to merchandising and loss-prevention efforts. The role requires a minimum of 1 year in management and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows customers with fast, friendly checkout and personal interaction.
• Oversees daily store activities and supervises associates to ensure excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash, alarms, and security.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and customer service optimization.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery efforts.
• Performs general store maintenance and cleanliness.
