Job summary

Five Below seeks a motivated manager to oversee daily operations in our store. You will supervise crew, train associates, and ensure fast, friendly checkout and outstanding customer service.

You’ll open and close the store, secure cash, manage inventory and ongoing merchandising. The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wowing customers through personal contact at checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, alarms, and daily procedures.
• Support onboarding and training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and customer service.
• Collaborate with store leadership in merchandising and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance as needed.
