Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred for advancement and growth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving are valued in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all crew members deliver WOW customer service with personal interaction.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure staff perform duties effectively.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking shelves for quick placement on the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for operations, staff, and customer issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery processes.
• Perform routine store maintenance and upkeep.
