Job summary

Five Below is seeking a responsive store leader to ensure a WOW customer experience at checkout and in-store interactions. You will train associates on our BEST service standard and supervise daily activities to maintain outstanding customer care.

You will assist with stocking, merchandising, and stockroom organization, and may act as Manager on Duty, handling opening/closing procedures and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact at checkout.
• Trains crew on Five Below’s BEST customer service approach.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and stocking of new inventory.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing store operations.
