Five Below is seeking a dynamic store leader for the Aberdeen, MD location to oversee daily operations, train crew members, and ensure superior customer service. You will supervise staff, manage opening and closing procedures, and partner with the leadership team to drive sales and standards in a fast-paced, fun environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year of management experience, and strong communication skills.

• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick shelf placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations and safety.
