Job summary

Five Below is seeking a motivated store crew supervisor in Owings Mills, MD to wow customers and lead daily operations. You will train crew, oversee activities, assist with receiving stock, and act as Manager on Duty when needed to ensure a smooth checkout and store flow.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year of management experience, strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure high service standards.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking on the sales floor.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and urgent issues.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and alarms.
• Support onboarding and training of associates to improve performance.
• Drive sales and control expenses via merchandising and staffing.
