Job summary

Five Below is hiring for a store crew role in a fast-paced retail environment. You will provide friendly customer service, supervise crew, and help with stock and merchandising to keep the store running smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior management experience, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic setting. This is an hourly position supporting the store’s daily operations and guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are WOWing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure they perform duties effectively.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and manage store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
