Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members wow customers with personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Train crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience and policies.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new stock on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and urgent issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, set alarms, and ensure daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drive sales and manage expenses by improving merchandising and customer service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery procedures.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and upkeep.
