Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew provide WOW customer service and trains staff on best practices.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure quality service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor updated.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staffing.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, and ensure daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
