Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leader to ensure every guest has a fast, friendly checkout and to train crew on the BEST customer service. You will oversee daily store operations, assist with stocking, merchandising, and staff management to maintain a WOW customer experience.

You will lead onboarding, drive sales, and partner with leadership to optimize staffing and profits. A flexible schedule, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to multi-task.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew wows customers through personal contact.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure policy compliance.
• Open/close store and manage cash, alarms, and daily operations.
• Drive store sales and control expenses; support onboarding and training.
