Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leader to wow customers and oversee daily operations in a fast-paced environment. You will train crew on the BEST service, supervise associates, and manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and a fast, friendly checkout.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service and oversees store operations.
• Manages opening/closing, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training for associates.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and service.
• Performs general store maintenance and collaborates with leadership.
