Job summary

Goodwill of the Southern Alleghenies is seeking a Team Lead to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations and performance against budget. The role includes opening/closing the store, handling deposits, and maintaining cash with proper change, while addressing customer and donor needs and complaints.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED (preferred), 1 year of supervisory experience or 6 months as a Team Lead Trainee, and clearances such as Act 151, PA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in the Customer Service Industry and one year of supervisor experience or 6 months as a Goodwill Team Lead Trainee.
• Clearances: Act 151 Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Pennsylvania Criminal History Check and FBI Fingerprints.
• Supervision Received: The Team Lead functions under the direct supervision of the Store Manager.
• Supervision Exercised: The Team Lead Supervisor will supervise store employees.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store.
• Handle daily bank deposits and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Keep register stocked with adequate change.
• Address customer/donor needs and complaints.
