Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in customer service and at least 1 year of supervisor experience or 6 months as a Team Lead Trainee.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day store operations and performance to meet or exceed budget while following company standards.
• Perform opening/closing duties and daily cash handling including deposits.
• Keep register stocked with adequate change and address customer/donor needs and complaints.
