Job summary

Goodwill of the Southern Alleghenies is seeking a Team Lead to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations and performance. You will help meet budget goals while complying with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, processing daily deposits, maintaining cash float, and addressing customer or donor needs and concerns. Supervisory duties include overseeing store staff under the Store Manager's guidance.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in customer service with supervisory responsibilities.
• Must be able to obtain for background checks (Act 151, PA Criminal History, FBI fingerprints).

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day store operations.
• Open/close the store and handle daily bank deposits.
• Keep register stocked with adequate change and address customer/donor needs/complaints.
• Supervise store employees as Team Lead Supervisor.

Job Purpose

Responsible for opening/closing the store, daily bank deposits, keeping register stocked with the adequate change, addressing customer/donor needs/complaints.

Job Purpose

To assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with the day-to-day store operations and store performance in meeting or exceeding budget while operating in compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures. Responsible for opening/closing the store, daily bank deposits, keeping register stocked with the adequate change, addressing customer/donor needs/complaints.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience: Experience working in the Customer Service Industry and one year of supervisor experience or 6 months as a Goodwill Team Lead Trainee.
• Clearances: Must be able to obtain acceptable results for required background checks, including Act 151 Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Pennsylvania Criminal History Check and Department of Human Services- FBI Fingerprints.
• Supervision Received: The Team Lead functions under the direct supervision of the Store Manager.
• Supervision Exercised: The Team Lead Supervisor will supervise store employees.
