Job summary

Five Below in North Dartmouth (MA) is looking for an energetic leader to help wow customers and guide store associates. You will train crew on the BEST customer service, oversee daily activities, assist with receiving and stocking, and operate as Manager on Duty to ensure smooth operations and outstanding guest experiences.

This hourly role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience in a retail setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and training needs.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for sales floor readiness.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, managing store operations and staff.
• Opens/closes the store, handles cash, alarms, and security.
• Drives sales, controls expenses, and improves merchandising and service.
• Partners with leadership on merchandising and store recovery.
• Performs general store maintenance and housekeeping.
